Tour poster

This is the tour poster I made for Charlie Richardson- Smith. He is a classical guitarist. So he specialises in classical guitars and enjoys classical music. Before I went on adobe illustrator I had planned this poster by drawing on a paper. I had included all the information and things that i wanted to incorporate in the poster.

The French flag was put in the tour poster as it is bright and it will cause the public to stop what they are doing and look at it. Underneath the top banner of the French flag his name , Charlie Richardson-Smith, is in bright red and bold. So everyone who reads the poster knows whose tour poster it is. I wanted his name and the other information on the tour poster to be the focal points for the viewers. That is why i chose a silhouette figure of a man playing the classical guitar in the middle.

In class we where shown a video of Charlie playing his guitar and he was sitting down. I had chose this picture of a silhouette figure playing the guitar to resemble him. At the very bottom of the tour poster there is (fake) contact information. To help the public get more information about the tour.
